Founder & Managing Director

Hands-on background in offshore pipeline execution, marine infrastructure, and complex multi-contractor delivery in Israel. Project Manager experience across the full onshore execution chain on national-scale gas pipeline projects — including site establishment, HDD landfall, pull-in operations, and pre-commissioning support.

A&S Global was founded to put that operational experience to work for international companies entering Israel's energy and infrastructure market — bridging the gap between international standards and local execution reality.
